Qualifications & Experience
Qualified chef with experience inwet dishes or pastries
Experience withlow & slow BBQ smoked meats
A genuine interest in learning more aboutbutchery and meat preparation
Tasks & Responsibilities
Cook and create ourvalue-added heat-and-serve mealsandpastry parcel range
Help developnew retail-ready food products
Provideretail customer service, including recipe suggestions and meal ideas
Assist with butchery labouring duties:trimming, cryovacing, smallgoods slicing, product presentation
Learn fresh meat preparation:trimming, slicing, and meat display skills
