The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Junior Management Assistant role will include:
Providing direct punctual assistance to the Operations Team for all operational matters
Assisting with onboarding and inductions of new staff
Compliance checks of tickets,drivers licences
Managing training bookings for all staff
Assisting the Operations Team with administrative tasks and client calls
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
