About the Role:
Manage daily workshop activities and team performance
Achieve sales and operational targets
Build strong customer and supplier relationships
Maintain a protected, organised, and efficient workplace
Ensure compliance with company quality and service standards
About You:
Leadership experience in the automotive industry
Strong customer service and sales skills
Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
Current WA Driver's Licence
Trade qualification desirable but not essential
Available Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings
