Field Service Technician – Laboratory Water Systems
Ascot / Belmont Area, Perth
Full-Time | $80,000 – $95,000 + $5,000 Vehicle Stipend

️Your Responsibilities
You'll be working on advanced water purification systems designed for scientific and research applications.
Day-to-day tasks include:
Routine and emergency servicingof installed water systems across the metro area
Assembly and setupof current systems in both workshop and field environments
Collaborative development– Work with engineers to refine system efficiency and performance
Occasional regional trips– Quarterly travel to areas such as Bunbury or Geraldton
You won't just be on the road—about 1 to 2 days per week are spent in the workshop helping construct recent systems.

Core Skills & Requirements




Strong mechanical sense– Experience using power tools and working with equipment
Technical troubleshooting– Able to identify problems and carry out repairs efficiently
Personable and well-organized– Good at managing time and engaging professionally with clients
Physically ready– Comfortable lifting moderate weights (up to 30 kg)
Basic digital skills– Email communication and basic admin on a laptop/tablet
Must-haves: White Card, driver's license, and background clearance
️Additional Skills That Add Value
Familiarity with systems such asreverse osmosis, ion exchange units, filters, and pumps
Experience withplumbing in PVC, ABS, or stainless steel
Skills inlight fabrication, including working with aluminum framing, cabinetry, or mechanical workshop tools
