Rocky Bay is looking for individuals who have:
A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membership.
Requirements;
Excellent customer service that meets individual goals




Well-developed clinical reasoning skills, that are solution-focused
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, key stakeholders, and team members
Personal resilience working in a changing environment
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution
Current AHPRA registration
Experience in delivering therapy services under the NDIS (desirable)
Experience in the disability sector (desirable)
Paediatric experience
Compliance Required;
Education Department Police Clearance (less than 3 months)
Current Working with Children check
Current WA Drivers' Licence
Influenza Vaccination or willingness to obtain
NDIS Workers Clearance
Relevant Registration
