About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focusedAccommodation Portfolio Managerto oversee a portfolio of guest accommodation properties.
This role is responsible for the complete management of bookings from initial enquiry through to guest check-out and post-stay follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and property owners.
You will manage day-to-day operations, maximise occupancy and revenue, maintain exceptional property standards, and build strong relationships with owners, guests, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of guest accommodation properties to ensure high standards of presentation and service.
Take full ownership of the booking process from start to finish, including handling enquiries, preparing quotations, confirming reservations, processing payments, coordinating guest communications, arranging check-in and check-out, and managing post-stay follow-up.
Ensure all guest information, booking details, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure every stay meets company standards.
Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and provide regular performance updates.
Monitor occupancy, pricing, and revenue, making recommendations to maximise portfolio performance.




Manage online property listings and availability across booking platforms.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports on occupancy, guest satisfaction, and portfolio performance.
Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in hospitality, accommodation, property management, or a similar customer-focused role.
Proven experience managing bookings from enquiry through to completion.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience using booking systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office.
A full driving licence and willingness to travel between properties where required.
