Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Meat Worker to join our growing team through a Government Sponsored position.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong knife skills and experience in meat processing who is looking for long-term employment and the chance to grow within a professional and safety-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities Perform skilled meat processing including cutting, trimming, boning, slicing and portioning meat products
Operate knives, bandsaws and other meat processing equipment safely and efficiently Prepare carcasses and meat products according to company and industry standards Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and workplace safety




Inspect meat quality and ensure compliance with Australian food safety regulations Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 2 years experience as a skilled meat worker, butcher, boner or slicer Strong knife handling and meat preparation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
