What You'll Own
You will take complete ownership of:




* The first impression every customer receives.
* Booking vehicles efficiently and accurately.
* Explaining repairs in plain English.
* Preparing estimates and obtaining approvals.
* Ordering parts as required
* Keeping customers updated throughout the day.
* Delivering exceptional vehicle handovers.
* Managing online reviews and customer feedback.
* Building genuine long-term relationships with our clients.
* Supporting our technicians so they can stay productive.
* Protecting our culture and setting the standard every single day.
You won't simply work in the business.
You'll become one of the people responsible for its growth.
