Expression of Interest – Roadworks Inspectors Hartecs Group is seeking expressions of interest from Roadworks Inspectors to support a number of upcoming TMR infrastructure projects across Central Queensland, including the Rockhampton and Biloela regions.We're building our talent pipeline for projects commencing over the coming months and are keen to connect with experienced inspectors who have a strong background in road and civil infrastructure delivery.
We're interested in hearing from professionals with experience in:
TMR road and bridge infrastructure projectsConstruction surveillance and site inspectionsQuality assurance and compliance monitoringContract administration supportDaily reporting, site documentation and stakeholder coordinationIdentifying non-conformances and monitoring corrective actionsWorking collaboratively with contractors, project teams and clients
Our Inspectors play a key role in representing the project owner on-site, ensuring construction works comply with specifications,



standards and contractual requirements while maintaining quality, safety and project outcomes.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience on TMR or major civil infrastructure projectsCertificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision, Engineering or equivalent (or relevant industry experience)Strong knowledge of road construction practices, specifications and quality requirementsExcellent communication and reporting skillsThe ability to work collaboratively across project teams
