Access and Equity
Access and Equity play a key role in the shared strategic goal of progressing equity and inclusion at Edith Cowan University.
The area is responsible for providing high quality services to students, delivering enabling programs, and progressing equitable and inclusive practice across the institution.
Access and Equity work collaboratively with stakeholders across the university to drive consistent, evidence-based and transformational equity and inclusion initiatives for students and staff.
About the Prospect
The Equity Evaluation and Impact Lead provides specialist leadership in the design and implementation of evaluation and impact measurement approaches across the University's equity, access and inclusion initiatives.
Working in partnership with program and service areas, the role supports the development of consistent and robust evaluation practices, ensuring initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with institutional,
government and regulatory requirements.
The position plays a key role in strengthening the University's ability to measure and demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of its equity initiatives, supporting high-quality reporting, informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

About you
You will be able to demonstrate:
experience in evaluation, with a strong understanding of outcome measurement and impact evaluation in higher education, public or social impact settings;
strong capability in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, interpretation and reporting;
strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams;
excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex insights for diverse audiences, and
a sustained commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
