Job Description As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a meltdown.
Your work will be meaningful, hands‐on, and genuinely life‐changing for the people you support.

Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plansCreating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support frameworkBuilding capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workersWorking alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary teamChampioning the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practices
You'll Thrive With Us If You
✔ Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
✔ Have experience reading, implementing, reviewing or creating behaviour support plans
✔ Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status
✔ Don't yet have BSP registration?
That's okay- we can help you get there
✔ Have a genuine passion for disability support
✔ Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours




✔ Love working with people and love writing (yes, there will be paperwork)
