About the Role
This role is primarily about therapy and delivering high quality, evidence based care.
Our speech pathology team works across a varied caseload, supporting children and families through the NDIS, as well as dysphagia and lifespan services.
We encourage clinicians to develop specialist interests where they align with community need or simply keep our work interesting.
You'll work alongside experienced speech pathologists and a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, physiotherapists,



dietitians and allied health assistants.

Essential Requirements
Speech Pathology Australia membership, or eligibility to obtain it.
First Aid and CPR.
Blue Card.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
National Federal Police Check.
Driver licence.
Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.

Salary
We're offering a salary package of $85,000 to $130,000 plus superannuation, CPD allowance and performance bonuses.
That range reflects genuine differences in experience, capability and responsibility.
Whether you're at the beginning of your career or bringing years of clinical experience, we'll have an honest conversation about what feels fair.
At the end of the day, we want every member of our team to feel respected, valued and rewarded.
Bonus Programs
Some people enjoy pushing themselves, taking on extra work and seeing their income reflect that.
Others prefer to work steadily, maintain balance and switch off at the end of the day.
Both approaches are completely valid.
Our team is almost evenly split between those two groups, and we think that's a healthy balance.
We offer generous bonus programs and overtime opportunities for clinicians who want them, but they're entirely optional.
You'll never be pressured to chase bonuses or work additional hours to fit in.
