We're seeking a highly organised and adaptableEvents & Travel Coordinatorto support our team across events, travel logistics and general administration.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety — from coordinating large management meetings to handling day‐to‐day office tasks and occasional interstate travel.
This role will be joining our Support Services team in Adelaide, located at Gillman.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage events ranging from20 to 200 attendees, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with broader administrative duties that keep the business running smoothly.
Some travel will be required for event support, supplier meetings or onsite coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination— Plan and deliver meetings and events, including venues, catering, AV, run sheets and attendee communication.
Travel Management— Book flights, negotiate with travel agencies, manage itineraries and support staff during travel.
Onsite Event Support— Attend selected events or meetings interstate to assist with setup, coordination and supplier management.
Supplier Liaison— Work with venues, caterers, travel partners and external vendors to secure quality service and value.
General Administration— Assist with scheduling,
document preparation, data entry, minute‐taking, and other non‐event admin tasks as required.
Budget Tracking— Monitor event and travel costs, process invoices and support cost‐effective planning.
Stakeholder Coordination— Communicate clearly with internal teams, management and external suppliers.
About You
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident negotiator with experience booking travel
Comfortable coordinating events of varying sizes
Willing to travel when required
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Experience in events or administration preferred
