The Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliableSenior Warehouse Coordinatorto join our team on acasualbasis.Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm, with rostered Saturday shifts (4 hours) as required.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking a lead in the coordination of daily warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will provide operational support through workflow coordination, staff guidance, training, and the maintenance of high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
· Assisting with the receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of stock




· Assisting with daily warehouse activities and supporting team members to achieve operational requirements
· Providing hands-on support and guidance to the warehouse team during busy periods
· Monitoring stock rotation and identifying/reporting discrepancies, damaged goods or non-conformances
· Maintaining compliance with HACCP requirements, food safety standards and quality assurance procedures
· Monitoring and maintaining temperature controls across dry, refrigerated and frozen storage areas
· Maintaining a clean, organised and protected warehouse setting
About You – Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or store person role, ideally within the Food Service Industry
Solid knowledge of food handling, HACCP and warehouse best practices
Current forklift licence highly regarded
High attention to detail with strong stock management and accuracy skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-first attitude
Reliable, punctual and dependable
