Harness Energy is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team at a local warehouse facility in Maryborough, supporting the Fraser Coast Solar Farm project.
This role is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of solar panels, along with the storage, handling, and movement of materials within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift to handle and transport solar panels
Load and unload flatbed trucks
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation when necessary
Coordinate freight movements and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
Essential Requirements
Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical,
including drug and alcohol screening, and meet all site entry requirements
What's on Offer
Monday to Friday roster
Expected 6-month casual work with full time hours with the potential for extension
Attractive hourly casual rate with full-time hours $40-$42 per hour (experience based)
August commencement
Prospect to work on one of the Fraser Coast's major renewable energy projects

Must Have
Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)Mandatory
