As a Consultant Psychiatrist within **Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS)**, you will provide expert clinical care across a broad service profile, supporting recovery-focused outcomes through team-oriented, consumer-centred practice.
Provide specialist psychiatric assessment and management for children and adolescents Work across community CYMHS teams and the **Adolescent Inpatient Unit** Deliver care across Toowoomba and surrounding rural facilities Contribute to clinical governance, service improvement and quality initiatives Support education, supervision and mentoring of junior medical staff and trainees Promote evidence-based, culturally responsive and family-inclusive care
