The Role
This is a full-time driving role completing local and Melbourne delivery routes, where no two days are exactly the same.
You'll be part of a well‐established, friendly logistics team, representing Gouge out on the road and with our customers.
Your day will include:
Completing scheduled local and Melbourne delivery routes
Delivering and collecting linen and garments
Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
Using a driver PDA to track deliveries and manage workloads
Working closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations
What You'll Bring
HR Licence (minimum) – essential
HC Licence – highly regarded(for coverage)




Minimum 2 years' driving experience
Multi‐drop delivery experience (desirable)
Strong customer service skills
Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
Confidence working with delivery and logistics software
A reliable, safety‐focused, team‐first attitude
