About the Role
This is a hands on role where no two days look the same.
You'll be responsible for bringing BARE to life across our social media channels along side our founder from brainstorming content ideas and filming Reels to engaging with our community and helping us continue to reach our community.
Your Responsibilities
Plan and schedule content across Instagram & Facebook.
Film and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Stories and TikToks).
Create graphics and social assets when needed.
Write captions that match the BARE tone of voice.
Respond to comments and direct messages,



creating genuine connections with our community.
Monitor conversations and flag customer feedback or trends.
Stay on top of social media trends and proactively pitch new content ideas.
Assist with campaign planning, launches and promotions.
Help organise content shoots and capture behind-the-scenes content.
Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Work closely with Leah, Mitch and the wider BARE team to bring ideas to life.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
Love creating engaging content and understand what performs on social media.
Are confident filming and editing content using your phone and editing apps.
Have excellent written communication skills.
Enjoy interacting with people and building online communities.
Take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do.
Are passionate about health, food and wellness (a bonus, but not essential).
We love our community, so a genuine attitude to helping members is a must
