About the role
Ignyt is seeking a talented and enthusiasticSocial Media Coordinatorto join our dynamic marketing and content team.
This is apart-time position, working 4 days a weekbased inMulgrave, NSW ****.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across multiple platforms, helping to build and engage our clients online presence.
You will play a key part in elevating clients brand presence and driving meaningful interactions with their audiences in the digital space.
Key responsibilities
Creating and curating engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Scheduling posts using social media management tools and maintaining a consistent posting calendar for clients
Creating Strategies for each client, which includes Video Scripts, Carousels and Static Posts.
Tracking and analysing social media metrics and performance data to inform content strategy and consntantly improve results.
Collaborating with the operations manager & head of production to develop social media campaigns aligned with business objectives
Assisting in the creation of visual content, including graphics, short-form videos and long form videos.
Staying up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices to keep our clients content fresh and relevant
Supporting the sales team with proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.
Reporting on social media performance and providing recommendations for improvement
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar marketing support role
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
Proficiency with social media management tools such as Buffer, Loomly and Meta Business Suite




Strong understanding of buyer psychology and how social media platforms work with Entertaining, Humour and commercial content pillars
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with various tools including AI processes and the ability to interpret social media metrics
A creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas
Experience with Strategy is highly desirable, understanding customers and what makes them sticky
Passion for marketing and a genuine interest in social media trends
Relevant marketing or communications qualification or equivalent practical experience is preferred
