Duties:
As a hands on leader on the production floor, you will:
Lead and motivate a team of to deliver products within specifications
Ensure all food safety, quality, and compliance standards are met, including applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Oversee training for new team members and supporting ongoing skill development
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement
Support a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture
Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering teams to optimise outcomes
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Team Leader in food or beverage manufacturing
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach, support and mentor staff
Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards advantageous but not essential
A proactive, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills




Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
