We are seeking an experienced and motivated ED Operations Team Leader to join our Yatala Branch.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee our Electronic Destruction (ED) team, ensuring operations are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.
You'll lead by example, support the ongoing growth of the department, and help deliver exceptional service to our customers while contributing to a more sustainable future.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise the ED Operations team to ensure products are processed in accordance with service and compliance requirements.
Complete onsite electronic destruction services for customers.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and their representatives.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance of specialised mobile and plant equipment.
Support daily warehouse operations and the processing of incoming jobs.
Operate battery-powered and compressed air tools.
Safely operate mechanical lifting and loading equipment.
Complete daily pre-start inspections on vehicles and equipment.
Maintain operational records and update jobs within the ERP system.
Promote a safe, productive,



and efficient work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
A current Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence or willingness to obtain one.
Previous experience in an operations, warehouse, or team leadership role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn ERP systems.
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
The ability to work independently while leading and motivating a team.
