About the role:
Our close-knit customer service team is looking for a friendly, hands-on and customer-focusedCustomer Service Representativeto join us.

This role supports customer enquiries, event information and smooth service delivery across our operations.
No two universities, ceremonies, or event days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly, and is happy to jump in to help create a great experience for clients, graduates, and guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide friendly, professional customer support across phone, email and digital channels
Respond to customer correspondence and enquiries in a timely, accurate, and helpful manner
Process customer transactions, payments, refunds, exchanges, and follow-up actions with care and attention to detail
Accurately collect, record, and maintain customer, ticketing, and event information across GFP systems
Use GFP systems, product information, pricing, and event details to provide customers with accurate support
Support customer queries, complaints, guest lists, accessibility requests, check-in needs,



and front-of-house customer service during events
Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and wider operational teams as needed, adding variety to your role and helping support smooth service delivery and continuous improvement
About You: We are looking for someone who has:
Previous experience delivering customer service in a call centre, administration, hospitality, or similar environment
Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a confident, customer-focused approach
Solid computer literacy, ideally with hands-on experience using customer platforms such as CX3, Freshdesk or similar, plus confidence with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
A calm, practical, and solutions-focused approach when working under pressure
Most importantly, a fun, outgoing, can-do approach to getting the job done in a friendly and professional way, with a positive, adaptable mindset that reflects GFP values: Power of Us, Agility, Care, and Energy
