About the role
Join our team as a Pre-Analytical Operational Services Officer and help deliver high-quality pathology services that support timely diagnosis and patient care.
This is amulti-site opportunity, where you'll provide exceptional patient care through phlebotomy, specimen collection, specimen processing and administration while ensuring samples are managed accurately and efficiently from collection through to laboratory testing.
Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, you'll provide outstanding customer service, support colleagues in a collaborative environment and contribute to the smooth operation of busy collection centres.
We're looking for candidates withcurrent and accurate phlebotomy experiencewho enjoy working across multiple locations and are committed to delivering safe, professional and compassionate care to every patient.

You are a patient-focused professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver exceptional pathology services.
• Current and accurate phlebotomy experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple sites as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail with strong computer skills
