Fully remote role WFH: Applicants must be based in Alice Springs to conduct face-to-face workplace visits as required.
About The Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plansBuild strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomesDeliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomesMonitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

The requirements:
Tertiary Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology Registration with the relevant Qualified Body; ASORC, AASW or AHPRAFull Australian work rights Australian Driver's Licence + Car
