As our Senior Investigator, you will play a critical role in
planning, coordinating, and conducting investigations into
high-risk early childhood providers, services, and their
staff.
Your role
will involve assessing and identifying non-compliance or breaches
of the law in accordance with legislation and professional
standards.
You will recommend proportionate regulatory responses
that drive meaningful improvements and ensure adherence to legal
and ethical standards.

The Education Standards
Board (ESB) is the independent statutory authority that
regulates early childhood services and registers schools to improve




education and care outcomes for children and young people in South
Australia.
Situated in
the Adelaide CBD in modern office facilities, close to public

Essential
Qualifications
To be
considered for these duties it is essential that you have the
following:
Investigation,
regulatory or compliance qualifications or equivalent
experience.
Special
Conditions
Multiple
ongoing vacancies available.
The
successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily
complete a Working with Children Check, and National Police
Clearance prior to being employed and regularly as
required.
Must
have a valid working visa.
Driver's
Licence and willingness to drive required.
Uniform
may be required.
