We are currently seeking a motivated and organisedInternal Sales & Administration Assistantto join a growing team, supporting sales, customer service, and day-to-day office operations.

About the Role
Reporting to theGeneral Manager – Sales in Cleveland QLD, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries
Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
Providing sales order confirmations and updates




Coordinating delivery schedules with customers
Assisting with general administration across departments
Supporting sales, accounts, and marketing teams
Managing incoming documentation and correspondence
Updating website content as required
Assisting with internal coordination and marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
Strongcommunication and customer service skills
Well organised with valuable attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Basic understanding of sales/admin processes (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
Certificate III in Business Administration (preferred), OR
Previous experience in office administration or internal sales (advantageous but not essential)
