Primary Duties and Responsibilities of our Customer Service Role:
Provide exceptional customer service and sales to internal and external customers to support the continued growth and profitability of Hertz.
Create a positive customer experience by engaging confidently and professionally with our customers.
Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately.
Promote and sell optional upgrades and cover products
Check vehicles prior to rental, and upon return
Accurately enter and complete reservations, including walk ups
Ensure vehicles meet Hertz presentation standards, including cleaning and detailing when required
Work collaboratively within a high performing small team




Maintain a thorough understanding of our fleet
About You
Proven experience in customer service and sales
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and confidence engaging with customers
Basic computer literacy
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
Enjoy multi-tasking and are highly organised
Full and current Australian driver's licence
Must have Australian work rights
Automotive or rental industry experience is a plus, but not required (full training provided)
