Are you passionate about photography, videography and creating engaging visual content?
Real Property WA is looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator & Property Photographer to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll capture high-quality photography and video content for our rental properties and our brand.
You'll be responsible for filming, editing and delivering polished content, while our Brand Manager takes care of publishing and managing our social media platforms.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
· Photographing residential rental properties.
· Creating 360° virtual tours.
· Filming high-quality property walkthroughs and promotional videos.
· Capturing behind-the-scenes content, team culture, community involvement and day-to-day activities.
· Editing photographs and videos ready for use across our marketing channels.
· Working closely with our Brand Manager to deliver creative content aligned with our marketing strategy.
· Attending company events, property launches and other activities to capture content.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
· Has experience in photography, videography and content creation.
· Is confident editing both photos and video.
· Has a creative eye for composition, lighting and storytelling.
· Is proficient with editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.
· Is organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines.




· Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people.
· Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport.
Experience in real estate photography is highly regarded but not essential.
Photography, media and marketing graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
