The Opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from customer-focused professionals who would be keen to contribute to our Partnerships channel in a hands-on, relationship-driven role.
As a Partnerships Specialist, you would support third-party partners, their teams and customers, helping to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience while strengthening advocacy for the bank.
Working closely with internal teams, you'd play an important role in day-to-day operations, process improvements, and risk awareness.
While this is not a current vacancy, this EOI will help us identify and stay connected with talent for upcoming opportunities.
What You Could Be Doing
Supporting partnership operations, including account origination and customer managementActing as a key point of contact for partners, customers and internal stakeholdersContributing to continuous improvement initiativesIdentifying and escalating risks and supporting robust compliance practicesManaging incidents and complaints in line with established processesCollaborating across teams to deliver shared outcomes
What You'll Bring

Ideally, You'll Have
Experience in retail banking or financial services (desirable)A background in customer service and relationship managementAn understanding of risk and compliance in a banking environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGood planning, attention to detail and confidence using systems
