We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Administrator to join our busy team in Welshpool and contribute to our mission of "Supplying Quality, Delivering Value."We are seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Operational support staff member to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering building materials to mainly residential construction sites for our Timber Trades Division while ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
In addition to driving duties, the role includes assisting with warehouse operations as required and offers the opportunity to develop new skills by learning basic tool repairs within our Air Tool Workshop.
A company van will be provided for all deliveries and work-related travel during business hours.
The Role:
Safely transport building materials, and other products to construction sites and customer locations
Load, secure, transport, and unload deliveries while ensuring products are handled carefully to prevent damage
Plan delivery routes each day to ensure timely and efficient service, with the help of Internal Sales
Complete delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures where required




Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the company delivery van
Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, stock organisation, and general housekeeping when delivery schedules permit
Support warehouse staff with inventory movement and stock control as required
Learn and assist with basic Air Tool and equipment repairs within the Air Tool Workshop under supervision and training
Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with clients and site personnel
Perform other reasonable ad hoc duties as directed by management
About You:
Current valid WA driver's licence with a safe driving record
Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not essential
Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
Ability to safely lift and move building materials and consumables
Valuable organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Mechanical aptitude or an interest in learning Air Tool repairs is highly regarded
