About us
We are an established fresh-produce and horticultural production business based in Hillier, South Australia, growing and supplying vegetables.
We are seeking a Production Operator to run grading, packing and processing line equipment.
Remuneration & hours
Salary package:from $71,550 per annum plus superannuation(paid in accordance with the applicable Award; commensurate with skills and experience)
Full-time, ongoing position
Hours: 38 ordinary hours per week, averaged over a 4-week cycle (152 hours per 4 weeks), plus guaranteed overtime of approximately 8 hours per week (paid at overtime rates) — around 46 hours per week in total.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Operate produce grading, washing, packing and processing line equipment
Set up, monitor and adjust line machinery for productive production
Sort,



grade and pack produce to quality and customer specifications
Carry out basic cleaning, changeovers and minor line adjustments
Record production, quality and traceability data
Report equipment faults and maintain line hygiene
Follow WHS and food-safety requirements and use personal protective equipment
Skill & Experience
About you
Relevant experience operating production or packing-line equipment (or a relevant certificate)
Attention to quality and detail
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Able to follow directions and work in a team
Reliable and safety-focused
