Procurement Advisor, to join the Commercial and
Procurement Branch, at The Department of Treasury &
Finance.
Remuneration:ASO7 – ($112,163 – $121,246
p.a.).
About the opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to support the strategic outcomes
of the Commercial and Procurement Branch within the Department of
Treasury and Finance.
The Commercial and Procurement Branch is the key advisor to
government on commercial strategies, specialist procurement and
strategic contracting.
In partnership with other Departments, the
Branch will lead the assessment and management of commercial
projects, uplift capability across government, oversee and support
major projects, and lead strategic procurement.
The Principal Procurement Advisor is responsible for providing
expert strategic advice and support on the development of complex
sourcing and contracting strategies, and for partnering with
stakeholders to plan, develop, source, and advise on complex goods
and services procurement projects to effectively meet
organisational and business objectives.

Strategic procurement professional delivering complex sourcing
and contracting outcomes, providing trusted advice to achieve value
for money.
