· Role with breadth and variety working as part of a Finance team supporting cost accounting, reporting and reconciliations, procurement, supporting financial accounting and analysis.
· Agile, tech savvy and adept at helping us build future processes and practice in our finance operations as well as supporting our internal clients.

We're seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team to play a key role across a range of key finance and accounting activities supporting residential aged care, home care and broader business operations.
Role Overview
• Support the costing and analysis and modelling across home care, residential care and business units.
• Analyse the cost and expenditure of care — cost per client, per bed day and per service hour including overheads and services.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and reporting to support month end and core finance processes.
• Partner with care and operational teams to understand expenses, costing and resource utilisation.
• Review procurement and key supplier / vendor activity, invoicing and preparation.
• Supporting the Finance team and financial operations,
accounts and implementing and improving finance and accounting processes to adapt technology and streamline activity.
• Ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and providing analysis and insights into cost, allocation, utilization and efficiency.
What you'll bring to the role
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, CPA qualified will be highly regarded.
• Three to five years' business services accounting, cost, management or financial accounting experience.
• Collaborative, willing to get in and work alongside managers and staff and step in to support Finance teams as required
• Strong analytical, cost-modelling and communication skills.
• Exposure to aged care, home care or community-services experience will also be well regarded but no essential.
• Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
