About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join a growing allied health team delivering high-quality, home-based care.
This is a mobile role where you will work directly with clients in their own environments, helping them regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programs focused on functional outcomes Support clients with a wide range of conditions including post-surgical recovery, neurological, and chronic conditions Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and communicate with relevant stakeholders Client Base
You will work with a diverse caseload, including individuals requiring:
Post-acute and post-surgical rehabilitation Neurological and cardio-respiratory care
Pre- and post-natal support General mobility and independence improvement Clients are typically treated in their homes, supporting recovery in a comfortable and familiar environment.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or higher) Full professional registration Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in a mobile setting Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
