We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager to lead our Andergrove team.
This isn't a clipboard management role.
We want someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About The Role
Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including people leadership, customer service, food safety, inventory management, and financial performance
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing culture
Drive sales growth and implement strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
Manage rostering and labour costs to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering processes
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards




Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
Maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing restaurant environment
Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace culture
For the right candidate with current Australian working rights, there may be sponsorship opportunities following successful completion of probation.
What We're Looking For
Minimum two years' experience in a management role within hospitality, QSR, or restaurants
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen and operational capability
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Passion for hospitality, people leadership, and creating exceptional customer experiences
