We're expanding our sales team and are looking for motivated people to generate appointments for our Solar Consultants.
This is NOT a hard sales role.
Your job is simply to speak with homeowners, identify those who may be suitable for solar or battery solutions, and book appointments for our experienced consultants.

What You Will Earn
Our commission structure is designed to reward high performers.
$50for every qualified appointment booked.
$200for every solar or battery installation sold from your qualified appointment.
Uncapped commissions– the more quality appointments you generate, the more you earn.
High performers have the potential to earn well above average income.
What You'll Be Doing
Door knocking in residential areas across Adelaide.
Speaking with homeowners about reducing their electricity bills.




Qualifying homeowners using our simple appointment process.
Booking quality appointments for our Solar Consultants.
Recording appointment details using our CRM.
No technical knowledge is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Confident communicator.
Reliable and self-motivated.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
Ability to work independently and achieve weekly targets.
Previous door knocking, customer service or sales experience is an advantage butnot essential.
Requirements
Current ABN (or willingness to obtain one).
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Right to work in Australia.
