Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
Excellent opportunities for a Casual position are available within the Admissions and Day Stay Unit for a motivated and skilled Registered or Enrolled Nurse with minimum 2 years' experience seeking to further develop their career in a agile environment working across the Admission and Day Stay Unit.
Applicants must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
A sound knowledge and understanding of the pre-admission process is required as periods of time will be dedicated to contacting patients via telephone.
A proficient knowledge of current acute nursing and assessment skills is essential.
