About the Role
Join the TMO Unit and keep our junior doctor workforce running smoothly.
You'll manage a medical admin portfolio, support safe rosters and recruitment, build trusted relationships and ensure TMOs across CALHN feel supported from start to finish.
Coordinate TMO recruitment, allocation and rotations
Manage rosters, leave and workforce data
Monitor safe hours under SA Health EA
Support IMG processes and compliance with AHPRA
Liaise with leaders, HR and partners like SA MET and unions
About You
You're a calm, capable admin professional who thrives on detail, people and pace, and knows how to keep complex services running smoothly.
Work independently, use judgement and stay on track with minimal direction
Communicate clearly with leaders, teams and external partners
Manage data, documents and systems with care and strict privacy
Juggle priorities, meet deadlines and stay steady under pressure
Use Microsoft tools to support rosters, reports and client service
