About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement Manager to join our Adelaide team.
In this role, you will:
Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community organisations.Use your clinical experience to provide high-quality care pathways, assessments, and oversight for Support at Home participants.Represent Lumia Care at industry and community events.Travel across Adelaide to meet clients and support service delivery.
This is a fast-paced, hybrid role combining clinical expertise with business development, client engagement, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities




Drive new client acquisition and revenue growthDevelop and maintain referral networksManage sales pipeline and CRM activityConduct consultations and design tailored service solutionsSupport onboarding and service delivery alignmentIdentify opportunities for service expansion
About You
Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse with solid clinical assessment and care planning skillsMinimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experienceProven experience in business development, client engagement, or salesExcellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsConfidence working autonomously and managing a portfolio of clientsComfortable driving across Adelaide for client visitsExperience using CRM systems and managing pipelinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
