About the role
Colonial Foods is seeking a full-time Warehouse Store Supervisor to join their team in Somersby, NSW.
In this pivotal role, you will be reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager and together will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management and delivery of goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing
Oversee incoming and outgoing goods, inventory control, and stock accuracy
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
Delivering finished goods to metro Sydney and picking up ingredients from suppliers based in metro Sydney
Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of all stock items
Monitor inventory levels and initiate stock replenishment as needed
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures and systems
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
Liaise with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Ensure all health, safety and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to
Maintain a clean and well organised warehouse at all times
What we're looking for




Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a warehousing or logistics environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
You must have a valid drivers licence and be able to drive a manual motor vehicle
Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant software
Forklift licence and experience in operating warehouse equipment essential
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
Commitment to upholding health and safety standards
