About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of the Colourboard Machine Shop team within our KT3 production facility.
You'll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive team environment.
Working closely with production teams and leadership, you will help ensure operations run efficiently while continuing to support a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Oversee daily production activities to achieve quality, safety, and output targets
Coordinate workflow and allocate resources effectively




Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Maintain high standards of workplace safety and product quality
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
About You
You are a proactive and confident leader who enjoys developing people and creating efficient, high-performing teams.
You will ideally bring:
Previous supervisory or leadership experience within manufacturing or production
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
A commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
The ability to motivate and engage team members
Cabinetmaking and machine operation experience (highly regarded)
