We are seeking an experienced Cold Larder Cook / Catering Assistant to join one of Australia's fastest-growing catering companies at our busy university residential dining facility in Bedford Park.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables, and making sandwiches and salads
Assisting the cooking for hot breakfasts
Plating and serving meals to residents
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas




Assisting with the preparation and service of functions and conferences
Adhering to strict food hygiene, security, and safety practices
About You
Previous experience in kitchen operations and service
The ability to organise tasks effectively and work collaboratively with other team members
Reliability and availability for the required rostered hours
A motivated and enthusiastic attitude with strong teamwork skills
Exceptional food safety and cleanliness practices
A solid understanding of OH&S; and food safety requirements
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak service periods
