What You'll Be Doing
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, logistics and compliance functions.
This is a hands-on role suited to a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously, lead by example and ensure operational excellence across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all warehouse operations, including receivables, stock control, container unloading, order preparation, dispatch and inventory accuracy, including deliveries.
Working independently to prioritise workloads, coordinate daily activities and ensure operational objectives are achieved.
Planning and coordinating delivery schedules, transport providers and logistics activities to meet customer requirements.
Maintaining warehouse equipment, vehicles and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Conducting monthly stocktakes, investigating discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Ensuring the warehouse is maintained in a clean, organised and safe condition at all times.
Managing operational documentation, reporting and system records accurately and efficiently.




Managing quality, safety and environmental compliance activities, including audits, inspections and risk management processes.
Maintaining compliance with WHS legislation, ISO ***** requirements and company policies and procedures.
Investigating incidents and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventative actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting a positive safety culture through effective communication, consultation and engagement with employees.
Taking a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements that enhance efficiency, service and business performance.

Who You Are
You are a reliable and motivated warehouse qualified who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of your work.
You have strong warehouse and inventory management experience, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2-3 years' warehouse experience.
Experience using ERP Systems
A current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence.
Preferred Truck Licence (LR preferred).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work unsupervised, manage priorities, and use initiative.
A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
A strong focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork.
