We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team.

About the Role
In this hands-on position, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day life of our facility by supporting residents with their daily needs, including:
Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing and helping with social activities
Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect for our residents at all times
Completing daily care charts and reporting any changes in health to the Registered/Enrolled Nurses
Working collaboratively with the broader team to support a high standard of care delivery
About You
You are someone who brings a positive, practical approach to your work and takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Basic computer skills for reporting (email and internet use)
Availability to work a flexible roster across different shifts
Australian working rights (We are not able to offer sponsorship)
Desirable
Previous experience in a direct care role within aged care
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
