We're looking for a warm, organised and enthusiasticFull-Time Dental Receptionistto become the welcoming face of our practice.
Wallan is conveniently located just a short drive from Kilmore, Broadford, Craigieburn, Mernda and Doreen.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
Managing appointments and the appointment schedule
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing payments (EFTPOS, HICAPS, Afterpay and ZipPay)
Updating patient records using EXACT software
Coordinating with our dentists, hygienists and clinical team
Helping create a positive experience for every patient
We're looking for someone who is:

* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
* A team player with a positive attitude
Previous dental reception experience is highly regarded.
Experience with EXACT software is preferred, however full training will be provided for the right applicant.
