TAFE SA is seeking a Lecturer in
the field of Individual Support (Ageing and Disability).
As aLectureryou
will be required to provide an educational service of training,
assessment and guidance to students in accordance with relevant
training package objectives.
You may also be involved in the
provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.
Delivery and Assessment will be both online/virtual classrooms and
face to face classes.
On some occasions this may include off campus
delivery within industry and/or in regional areas of SA.
Got What It
Takes?
Experience as a qualified skilled in aged care,
including residential and/or home care services, working with
people living with dementia, palliative care, personal care and
supporting Activities of Daily Living; experience in Disability
Services, including Supported Independent Living, is
desirable.
Proven and relevant experience in the delivery of training
and assessment / professional development programs within the
Health, Community and Foundation Skills directorate.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or
equivalent) is desirable
The required work commitment is approximately 1–2 days per
week during school terms, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

A valid Working with Children Check
(WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services
is required before employment.
