We have an exciting opportunity for aRelief Village Administratorto join our dynamic team on acasualbasis.
Based at our Buderim Regional Office, this role provides administrative support and coverage across our retirement villages throughout the Sunshine Coast region, from Noosa to Brisbane.
As a Relief Village Administrator, you will travel between villages as required to provide leave and operational coverage.
A travel allowance and accommodation are provided for assignments in Brisbane and travel allowance for Noosa, ensuring you are fully supported while working across our locations.
As Village Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors.




You will deliver exceptional customer service, support the Village Manager across administrative and operational functions, and help maintain a secure, organised, and engaging community environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing professional, courteous customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors
Managing reception duties and responding to incoming enquiries
Supporting the Village Manager with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
Maintaining accurate data records and assisting with finance systems and invoicing
Coordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS compliance
Preparing newsletters and community communications
Assisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activities
Carrying out ad-hoc operational or resident-support duties as directed by the Village Manager
About You
You will have excellent diligence and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks.
Your strong customer service skills and computer knowledge will allow you to effectively consult with our residents and visitors.
To be successful in your application, you will have the following;
Administrationand demonstratedcustomer service experience
Flexiblewith anadaptable schedulefor varying shifts




Demonstrated experience usingMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)andability to pick up new systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse community
Exceptional interpersonal skillswith a friendly, approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents, families, and team members
Behighly organisedand able toprioritise competing tasks
Willingness to learnand professionally develop
Aprofessional,initiative-takingandcan-do attitude
Current First Aid/CPR - (Or willing to obtain)
Current Australian Drivers Licence and own transportation
