What You'll Do
As a Support Worker with MSMW, you will provide person-centered care tailored to individual client needs.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Delivering high-quality support to clients with complex needs.




Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, daily living activities, and community access.
Empowering clients to grow their independence and confidence.
Managing behaviours of concern with professionalism, patience, and heart.
Maintaining accurate progress notes and communicating effectively with families and care teams.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in disability support.
Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills: A solid understanding of behaviour support plans, a calm demeanour, and exceptional communication skills.
Certifications & Compliance:
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
NDIS Worker Screening Check & National Police Check
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Medication Assistance Certificate
Current Australian Driver's License and a reliable, insured vehicle
