Key Responsibilities:
Anticipate and meet guest needs promptly and professionally
Deliver high-quality food and beverage service at all times
Follow hotel standards for food and beverage preparation and presentation
Maintain strong product knowledge across the menu
Stock service areas to par levels and complete opening/closing duties
Follow cashiering procedures and safeguard equipment
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and OH&S; compliant




Support other departments when needed
Attend training sessions and team meetings
Carry out other duties as directed
What You'll Bring:
A passion for hospitality and guest service
Food and beverage service experience (hotel/restaurant/bar)
Solid product knowledge, or eagerness to learn
Professional grooming and presentation
A team player with a proactive attitude
Cash handling / POS experience
OH&S; awareness
Flexibility for a rotating roster (evenings, weekends, holidays)
