We're looking for Assistant Relationship Managers that play a key role in generating high‐quality deals and managing business banking portfolios.
You will help with everything from credit submissions and deal structuring to financial analysis.
Your financial insights will spot potential risks with existing or new clients and ensure our clients are always in the best financial shape.
You will conduct property finance deal analysis and support relationship managers with regular portfolio reviews, ensuring the best quality credit submissions are maintained and relationships with clients continue to thrive.
Based in Perth, WA, this full‐time role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

What's the role?
As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will generate high‐quality deals and manage business banking portfolios, supporting relationship managers through credit submissions, deal structuring, and financial analysis.
Qualifications
Financial smarts, ideally from an accounting background or property finance/property lending
Strong analytical skills for cash flow, risk, and financial statement analysis.
A knack for building genuine relationships and engaging communication.
Team player mentality with a collaborative spirit.
